Staph Bacteria can also live on food products that are not stored under proper conditions(not hot or cold enough). Such ill kept food products become a breeding ground for staph bacteria which then inject their harmful toxins into the food. Various food products such as meat, milk, tuna, potatoes, mayonaise etc can turn into a breeding ground for staph bacteria when not stored properly.
If the staph infection is in one of the most common areas that they occur, the hair follicles, they will make a whitehead. Sometimes they will erupt into a boil.
